DIDAC India 2023, 13th Edition -BSV is honored to have received the Certificate of Recognition at the IDA Education 2023 Awards in K-12 Education Category. The award ceremony took place from 17th to 19th, 2023 at the Didac India Exhibition at Bangalore International Exhibition Center (BIEC) Bengaluru. This 13th edition of the Exhibition and Conference marked the dynamic convergence of education leaders, policymakers, and industry experts. Simultaneously, the event hosted The International Education and Skills Summit (TIESS) alongside Live Interactive IDA Connect Workshops. Spanning three days, it brought together the brightest minds and thought leaders in transformative discussions and interactive workshops The certificate of recognition was presented to Vineet Pandey, the Senior Academic Coordinator, and Anil Nanglia, PGT Computer Science in acknowledgment of BSV's outstanding contribution in the field of education. Weather Station Inauguration-Birla Shishu Vihar marked a significant milestone on October 24, 2023, with the official inauguration of its very own Weather Station by the Director of the Birla Education Trust (BET), Major General S.S. Nair (AVSM Retd) .The inauguration ceremony was graced by several other distinguished guests: Dr. G.S. Gaur, Director Finance BET, Dr. V.N. Dholakhandi, Director Birla Science Museum , Mr. Pavan Vashishtha ,Principal BSV, Dr. M. Kasturi, Principal BBVP and Dhirendra Singh, Principal BSP. The establishment of this Weather Station was a remarkable endeavor, and it was brought to fruition under the guidance of Mr. Manoj Panwar and Mrs. Neetu Singh. The Weather Station is equipped with a range of instruments that will enable the collection and analysis of vital meteorological data. These instruments include a rain gauge, wet and dry bulb hygrometer, cup anemometer, wind vane, mercurial barometer, and minimum and maximum thermometers. The Weather Station will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in fostering a scientific and environmentally conscious generation.

Student Exchange Program between BSV and RIMC- Brimming with hope and enthusiasm ten dynamic students from BSV along with their mentors Mr. Manoj Panwar and Mrs. Neetu Singh embarked on the historic journey to Rashtriya Military College ,Dehradun from 15th to 19th Oct. 2023.The students and teachers were overwhelmed with the discipline permeated in the air at RIMC. Interacting with the cadets and being a part of Special Assembly and spirited Basketball Match was incredibly productive and provided a platform for fostering exchanges of experiences between two contrasting worlds. Some of the places explored by the students were: IMA, The Forest Research Academy, Santala Mata Temple, Dehradun zoo and bustling market lanes, filled with local flavors and crafts which showcased the city’s rich heritage. This visit was more than just an experience; it was a harmonious blend of discipline, friendship, and learning, leaving an indelible mark on the students as well as teacher escorts.

69th Annual Day Celebration- Dazzling lights, peppy music, synchronized dance moves and vibrant costumes exalted every spectator as Birla Shishu Vihar celebrated its 69th Annual Scholar Recognition Day on 3rd November,2022. It commenced at 4:00 p.m. with the inauguration of Art, Science and Social Science exhibition by the chief guest Prof. J.P. Yadav (Vice Chancellor Rajasthan Institute of Leadership Development Skill University,Jaipur and Raj Rishi Bhartrihari Matsya University ,Alwar)and Major General S.S Nair AVSM(Retd) Director BET , Pilani. The other dignitaries who were present on this occasion were: Captain Alokesh Sen (principal BPS) Mrs. M. Kasturi (principal BBVP) Mr. Dhirendra Singh (principal BSP) Mr.Suresh Sharma ,DSP, Chirawa, Dr.Chandra Shekhar, the chairperson and Chancellor of AcSIR. The cultural program started at half past five with lamp lighting followed by prayer and hymn.
