ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP

Mr.Pavan Vashishtha has two decade’s experience in teaching ,mentoring and quality assurance in School education. He has planned, designed & implemented various academic programs for teachers-students enrichment.In early years of his teaching he has been associated with Doon School,Welham Boys school & Rashtriya Miliraty College(R.I.M.C),Dehradun.

The key areas of his expertise are Curriculum development, effective learning and teaching and Primary Child education. He has attended “Strategic Leadership Course” at IIM,Ahmedabad and IIM ,Bangalore. He is associated with ”Eduexcellence” An initiative Of IIT-Delhi.He is an active member of Educational Forums of National and International repute.
Mrs. Hema Joshi

CBSE National Awardee, Mrs. Hema Joshi is an accomplished educationist with 26 years of experience and a distinguished profile as a CBSE Resource Person, POSH and POCSO Trainer, academic leader, science educator, teacher trainer and education innovator. She has demonstrated sustained excellence in teaching, academic leadership, institutional quality and professional development. She has been honoured with the CBSE Honour for Excellence in Teaching and School Leadership (2022), one of the significant recognitions of her professional journey.

With rich experience in academic coordination and institutional leadership, Mrs. Joshi has served in key roles including Senior Academic Coordinator, Teacher Training Coordinator, NABET Accreditation Coordinator, SQAAF Coordinator, Head of Department – Biology and Science Coordinator. She has contributed extensively to academic systems, quality assurance, teacher development and continuous institutional improvement.
